+ How do I download my purchase

Add the item to cart. Follow the prompt to check out and pay. Once processed, on your 'order confirmation' page there will be a link to download. A link will also be email automatically. If you haven't received the email, please check your junk email. Or contact me and I will sent out the link (please allow up to 72 hours for my response)
NOTE: Link is valid for 24 hours to download.

+ How do I unzip my purchases?

When you click download you will receive a ZIP file. If you are using a mobile or tablet you will need to install an unzipping app like izip or similar which are free to download from your App Store. Please ensure you are familiar with zip files.

+ My file won't upload to Cricut Design Space/Design program?

Once you have downloaded the file, please UNZIP (extract) the files inside the zip folder.
Please make sure you have selected the SVG file to upload into Cricut Design Space/design program.
NOTE: SVG file will appear as a Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Edge icon.
Cricut Design Space does not accept compressed zip files. Therefore you need to unzip (extract) the files before you can upload your SVG to Cricut Design Space.

+ Can I refund or exchange?

Unfortunately, I do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.

+ What payment do you accept?

We only accept paypal. All prices on this website is in AUD (Australian Dollars)

License Agreement

This License Agreement applies to all SVG cut files sold in my shop (nijispiral.com). All designs featured on Niji Spiral are for personal use only, unless you purchase the commercial license for single file; terms as followed below.

What you CAN DO with this SVG cut file:

  • You CAN modify design elements, re-size, subtract and add them to designs for your own personal projects

  • You CAN use the files unlimited times for personal use

  • You CAN use the file on printed/cut to sell as decals, stickers, clothes, mugs, etc and sold

  • With commercial license: You CAN use the files for any commercial or business-related activities for up to 200 made physical products. If you plan to produce more, you can buy an extended license at my shop. Please contact me for details

You are NOT authorized to:

  • You CANNOT share, copy, resell, distribute my designs in its original digital format or altered version

  • You CANNOT use the files on Print-on-Demand/third-party commercial platforms websites (eg RedBubble, Zazzle, CafePress, etc) 

  • You CANNOT upload any file to a sharing websites

  • You CANNOT claim my designs as your own

  • You CANNOT use the designs for LARGE COMMERCIAL or WHOLESALE

  • You CANNOT use these designs for any harmful, pornographic, racial or offensive material.
